What to Expect

Step One

The journey begins with a consultation.  

We will build your profile, putting you in the optimal position to purchase a practice.

While you identify possible practices, we will qualify you for lending and begin the due diligence process with details on opportunities we have as well as evaluate other practice opportunities that you are considering. For an initial consultation, please fill out and e-mail the following documents:

  1. Your Purchaser/Associate Questionnaire, Confidentiality Agreement, HIPPA Agreement

  2. Your CV/Resume

 

Step Two

After the due diligence process, we work with you to draft and submit a letter of intent. Once you have an executed letter of intent, we become your advocate in conversations with the attorneys, your accountant, and your chosen lending partner. We will guide you through the final approval process and closing.

 

Step Three

If you identify a practice you wish to purchase and it is a seller we represent, we will help you every step of the way. 

If it is a practice outside of Practice Management Associates and you have signed up for our buyers representation, we will continue to represent you from start through closing and transition.
