We bring over 85 years of combined experience serving the complex needs of dentists and physicians. We started Practice Management Associates in 1998 and have a passion for guiding practitioners like you from the beginning of your career to retirement.

Lynne Nelson


Allow me to support you in achieving your goals.  Equipped with my ten years of brokerage experience in valuing practices I will be your trusted advocate and confidante. 

In 2012, as vice president of a premier NW banking team, I gained in-depth knowledge of healthcare lending for dentists and physicians. I worked closely with my clients equipping them for continued growth and success. 

Integrating my work experience, I take a proven approach in guiding you successfully across your goal line.


Donna Carlson Lowell


Working with dentists who are motivated to learn, grow and develop is a driving force for me. I thrive on guiding practices to reach their potential and equipping the dentist with the leadership skills needed to build an environment which creates loyal employees and patients. 

After many years of supporting dentists through their practice journey, I look forward to guiding you through the acquisition and succession process.
